Terms of Service
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Ensemble, a service operated by Webority Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in India. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Ensemble does
Ensemble is an orchestration console for AI agents. Agents execute on a runner daemon installed on hardware you control, driven by AI subscriptions you hold with third-party vendors such as Anthropic, OpenAI and xAI. We coordinate and display that work; we do not execute it, and we do not resell any vendor's AI capacity.
Your vendor subscriptions are yours
You are responsible for holding valid subscriptions with the AI vendors you use through Ensemble, and for complying with each vendor's own terms. Those vendors may change, restrict or withdraw programmatic access at any time. If a vendor does so, the corresponding Ensemble capability may stop working through no act of ours, and that is not a failure of the service under these terms.
Your account
- You must give an accurate email address and keep access to it, because sign-in is by a one-time code sent there.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by agents you configure.
- One account may have several members. The account owner is responsible for who they invite.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ensemble to:
- break the law, or any AI vendor's terms of service;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure;
- process another person's data without the rights to do so;
- resell access to the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
Fees
Ensemble costs US$4.99 per account per month. New accounts get a 14-day trial with no card required. Fees exclude any taxes that apply in your country, which are your responsibility. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your card details. Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
What happens when you stop paying
If a trial ends or a subscription lapses, your account becomes read-only. You keep access to your data. Agents, sessions, rooms and transcripts remain and remain visible, but no new work can be started until a subscription is active again. We do not delete your data because you stopped paying. See Refunds & cancellation.
Your content
You own everything you put into Ensemble, including prompts, transcripts and configuration. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you: to store, process and display that content back to you and to members of your account. We do not use your content to train models.
Availability
We work to keep Ensemble available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we offer no uptime guarantee at this price point. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
Ensemble is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the output, actions or errors of AI agents you configure and run. Those run on your machines, under your instructions, on your vendor subscriptions.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time from the Billing screen. We may terminate for breach of these terms. On termination your account becomes read-only; contact us to export or delete your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the Console at least 30 days before they take effect.
